Being two people in one relationship can be both wonderful AND challenging. It’s not uncommon for partners to have different needs for connection, communication, and sex. I bring humor and compassion to help couples learn the skills to feel more understood and aligned. A

ATTACHMENT STYLES: When we’re very little, we all develop a developmental blueprint of how to be in a relationship. Understanding and working with both our own blueprint and that of our partner creates a more updated and functional path forward.
NEURODIVERSE COUPLES: I am trained and certified through AANE (Associated for Autism and Neurodiversity) Level 1 and 2, to work with Neuro-Mixed couples, where one person is Neurotypical and the other is Neurodivergent, including ADHD and Autism.
