Treating Anxiety, Depression, Relationships, and Life Transitions
You want to feel comfortable in your own skin. You want to feel confident of yourself and your decisions. You want to laugh spontaneously, and feel connected to the people around you. You want to be able to take more risks, and have it be less terrifying. My job is to meet you at the places where you feel stuck, frustrated, or dissatisfied, and together we can navigate through the obstacles that are getting in the way of a more vibrant, connected, purposeful life.

About Me
I have been a clinical psychotherapist for over 30 years and still love my work. I received a Master's Degree in Social Work in 1986 from UCLA and have been fortunate to have had excellent supervision, therapy, and training along the way.
I work in a collaborative, interactive manner, with adult individuals and couples. I participate as an ally, to establish an atmosphere of safety and honesty where you can heal from painful experiences, resolve current issues, and learn new skills and resources to help you deal with future challenges effectively.
Everyone's situation and relationships are unique. I use empirically validated approaches such as EMDR, Attachment Theory, Hakomi Therapy, Mindfulness Meditation, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, John Gottman Relationship Therapy, and recently, AEDP to tailor my approach to individual needs to help my clients achieve their goals.
I work 100% through tele-health so I can serve more people in need with convenience and ease. I do not accept insurance, but I am happy to provide a super bill for possible reimbursement. I am able to use HSA accounts.
For Clients
Individual Therapy, Couples Therapy, Neurodiverse Couples Therapy, Coaching, Group Therapy
We start with a 30-minute call to see if we're a good fit. No pressure, no commitment — just a conversation.
Your first sessions are about understanding your story, your goals, and what healing looks like for you specifically.
Together we build tools, patterns, and insight that extend well beyond therapy into your everyday life.
Psychotherapists help with past and current mental health issues, while Coaching focuses on the present and future. Coaching involves the client stating specific and measurable goals they want to achieve and being held accountable in meeting those goals. Coaching also allows me to work with clients outside of the state of Texas.
For Clinicians
Professional training often lags behind the issues clinicians are seeing in real time in their work. I offer consultation and mentoring, "How to Know What You Don't Know," to help clinicians recognize when they're working with someone who is Neurodivergent.
What often is helpful in traditional therapy can be disastrous and destructive when working with Neurodivergent individuals and Neurodiverse couples.
When these differences are unrecognized, behavior can be easily misinterpreted. Clients may be seen as resistant, nit-picky, shut down, or emotionally flat, when, in fact, they are responding in ways consistent with their neurological wiring.
If you are interested in consulting or mentoring, contact me.
My consultation style is collaborative, reflective, and grounded in real-world clinical experience. I hold space for the challenges that come with this work, including countertransference, burnout, and ethical complexity.
